Welcome to the "890 PDF Toolbox" (the "Tool"). Please read these terms carefully before use. By using the Tool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Description
- The Tool is a free, pure front-end PDF utility for performing common operations (merge, split, rotate, watermark, forms, annotations, compression, etc.) locally in your browser;
- The Tool is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
- The Tool may be updated, adjusted or have features retired at any time without individual notice.
2. License to Use
- You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Tool free of charge, subject to these terms;
- You may freely use the Tool for your own files in work, study and daily scenarios;
- Without written permission, you may not reverse engineer or decompile the Tool, nor scrape, resell or re-offer the Tool as a service to third parties.
3. User Responsibilities
- You warrant that you have lawful rights to the files you process, or have obtained authorization from the rights holder;
- You may not use the Tool for any illegal activity, including but not limited to forging documents, tampering with contracts, or producing infringing or fraudulent files;
- You are solely responsible for the content and consequences of the files you process, including their authenticity, accuracy and compliance.
4. Intellectual Property
- The Tool's name, logo, interface design and program code are owned by "890 LIFETIME 1314" and protected by applicable law;
- You retain all rights to your own PDF files. The Tool does not claim or obtain any ownership of your files (they always remain on your device).
5. Disclaimer
- The Tool makes its best effort to produce correct results, but PDF formats vary widely; we cannot guarantee correct processing of every file in every environment;
- Some features (e.g. "Region content removal") are experimental and their results depend on the source file structure;
- Always keep a backup of important files before processing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Tool provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by using the Tool (including but not limited to file corruption, content loss, or unexpected results);
- The Tool cannot identify encrypted, malicious or corrupted files. Do not process PDFs of unknown origin.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Tool provider shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or other indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Tool, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Third-Party Links & Advertising
The Tool's pages may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. open-source project homepages). Those third-party sites' content and privacy practices are not under the Tool's control; please review their own terms and policies.
This site may display ads through third-party ad platforms (such as Google AdSense and other ad networks):
- Ad content is provided by the respective advertisers and does not represent the views or endorsement of this site; the site is not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy or legality of ad content;
- Any interaction between you and advertisers (such as clicking, browsing or purchasing) takes place directly between you and the advertiser, and the relevant rights and obligations are handled between you and the advertiser;
- Third-party advertisers may use cookies or other technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies; please refer to the respective ad platform's privacy policy and ad settings.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court.
