1. Local Processing Principle

The Tool is a pure front-end static web application. All PDF operations (merge, split, watermark, forms, annotations, compression, etc.) are performed locally in your browser:

• Your selected PDF files are only read into the browser's memory for in-page processing;
• Results are saved by you via the "Download" button. The Tool offers no cloud storage;
• Under no circumstances is your file content sent to any server.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• No name, email, phone number or other personal identity data — no registration or login required;
• No device information, IP address, browsing history or usage data, and none of this is shared with any third party;
• No third-party analytics, ad SDKs or tracking scripts other than the advertising partner(s) (such as Google AdSense and other ad networks);
• No cookies set by the Tool itself (beyond the advertising cookies described in section 4).

3. Local Storage

• Apart from saving your interface language preference (Chinese/English), the Tool does not use localStorage, IndexedDB or other persistent storage for your files or any personal data;
• Opened files exist only in page memory and the browser's temporary cache, and are released when the page is closed or refreshed;
• The browser may keep short-lived memory caches as part of its own mechanisms; the Tool never actively exploits them.

4. Network Requests & Advertising

All core libraries (PDF parsing, rendering, processing) are bundled locally with the page: PDF processing never sends your files to any server, and the core features keep working fully offline.

Please note that this site may display ads through third-party ad platforms (such as Google AdSense and other ad networks):

• Ad scripts are loaded from the respective ad provider's servers; if they fail to load, the tools still work normally;
• Third-party advertisers (such as Google and its partners) may use cookies (e.g. the DoubleClick cookie) or other technologies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing history and to measure ad performance;
• You can manage personalized advertising through each ad platform's settings — for example, Google's Ads Settings lets you manage or turn it off; for other platforms, please refer to their own ad settings and opt-out mechanisms;
• The ad system never touches, reads or uploads your PDF files — they always stay on your device.

5. Security Recommendations

• Because everything is processed locally, the safety of your files depends on your own device — please keep your system secure;
• For sensitive or confidential documents, close the browser tab after processing to release memory promptly;
• Encrypted PDFs are parsed on a best-effort basis; the Tool cannot guarantee that all encrypted documents can be processed.

6. Children's Privacy

The Tool does not collect any information from children and does not require users to provide age or identity details. Minors should use the Tool under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Tool after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
